At KM Squared (“we,” “our,” or “us”), your privacy matters. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when shopping with us.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent/guardian’s consent, to place an order with us.

2. Products & Custom Work

  • Our products include custom hats, apparel, and engraved merchandise.

  • Because items are handmade and personalized, there may be slight variations from images shown on our site.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment has been processed.

  • Payments are securely handled by trusted providers such as Apple and PayPal. We do not store full credit/debit card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before placing your order.

  • Once an order is handed to the carrier, we cannot control delays, lost packages, or damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Custom and personalized items are final sale unless defective or damaged.

  • Non-custom items (if offered) may be returned within 14 days in unused condition.

  • We also offer a 30-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee: if a hat patch becomes loose or falls off under normal wear within 30 days of delivery, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on our site are the property of KM Squared. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell them without our permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • KM Squared is not responsible for indirect damages (lost profits, shipping delays, misuse of products, etc.).

  • Products are sold “as is” except where specifically guaranteed, such as our 30-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will always be posted here with a new effective date.
