  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly marked on our site.

4. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Delays & Lost Packages

  • Once we hand your order to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue.

6. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at km2.engraving@proton.me with photos of the package and item so we can make it right.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us at km2.engraving@proton.me to check availability.
