Return & Refund

We want you to be completely satisfied with your KM Squared purchase. Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized, we have a few clear guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Custom & Personalized Items

All sales of custom hats, apparel, and engraved merchandise are final.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. 30-Day Craftsmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If your hat patch becomes loose or falls off within 30 days of delivery under normal wear, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

To request service, email km2.engraving@proton.me with your order number and a photo of the issue.

This guarantee covers normal daily use only. It does not cover misuse, intentional damage, or exposure to harsh conditions (such as fire, solvents, or machine washing).

3. Non-Custom Items
If you purchase a non-custom item (such as a blank hat or accessory without personalization), you may return it within 14 days of delivery if it is:

Unused

In original condition

In original packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at km2.engraving@proton.me with:

A description of the issue

Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for funds to appear.
